Junior, Trinity Gallagher as been selected for The College of St. Scholastica Art Mural Intensive Award. Photographed with one of her murals here. Chisholm High School has had a long tradition of creating public murals that decorate the hallways of our historic high school. Trinity is a dedicated artist that works consistently hard everyday on her body of work.
The College of St. Scholastica’s Fine Arts Department will be hosting a five day mural intensive, where they will be bringing together the best and the brightest high school students in the Arrowhead Region.
This opportunity will allow Trinity to work on a collaborative public mural alongside artists and past graduates of CSS, teaching them the process of public art creation from ideation to completion.

Social Studies Scholars
Gianna Caudullo – Nominated by Mrs. Fleming
Gianna demonstrated what it means to be a social studies scholar during her recent Close Up trip to Washington DC. She actively participated in the activities and discussions throughout the week. She asked lots of great questions of the people she met while she was there to further her understanding of history, government, citizenship, and social justice issues. She is well on her way to become an active citizen and community leader.
Jackson Sjogren (not pictured) – Nominated by Mr. Cerar
Jackson's interest in class is evident. He's had a great year in American History, from his grades on assessments to his participation in class discussions. And he's an overall "good vibe" for any group he's around. I'm proud of the student he's becoming.
