Mr. Vake – Nominated by Bexley Anderson
Mr.Vake is an awesome teacher, helps us when we need help, and is a positive teacher. He always helps you no matter what but he expects you to get your work done in the classroom so you won’t have homework. Thanks Mr.Vake for being the best and funniest teacher of the year.
Karsen Hakala – Nominated by Mrs. Yuretich
Karsen has worked hard this year in algebra, and has shown great improvement since the start of the year. He has learned positive strategies regarding study skills and work habits, and his hard work is paying off. Karsen, keep up the good work!
Rylee Aultman – Nominated by Mr. Cerar
"Rylee should be very proud of her effort in our Civics class. She is willing to ask questions when she needs help, as well as offer up her opinions when we discuss things as a group. I admire her willingness to work hard for her own success in Civics and in her schooling in general. Keep rolling, Rylee."
Shea Showalter – Nominated by Mr. Vake and the 7th Grade PLC
Shea has had a great 7th grade year so far. He is a pleasure to have in class, he works hard to get his work completed, and he always has a smile on his face. The 7th grade PLC Team felt that Shea was very deserving of a Student of the Week nomination for his hard work and great behavior in his classes. On behalf of the 7th grade PLC and as one of his coaches, it is an honor to nominate Shea for this well-deserved recognition. Keep up the great work, Shea!

March Scholarship Bulletin!

Mrs. Schmitz class really enjoyed puzzle time during Global School Play Day!

Sixth graders are practicing their engineering, math and building skills. Students are using Lux blocks to explore 2-D and 3-D shapes and determine area, perimeter, and surface area. Their end challenge is to build a marble run. Students did research on some various towers around the world and then built their own creative towers using
Goobi Magnetic pieces. Amazing ideas!
