Excited Vaughan Steffensrud students for earning Bluestreak Pride this week. Way to go!

Today, our Spanish classes celebrated the Quinceañera dance, a cultural project that begins in the classroom and culminates in a joyful celebration.

Through music, dance, food, and games, we honored our students by bringing the Quinceañera tradition to life while celebrating their learning, creativity, and connection to Hispanic culture and the Spanish language.

A beautiful reminder that language learning is best experienced, not just taught.

Mr. Stish is really funny and keeps class entertaining when I don't want to be at school. He keeps the class in line when the class is misbehaving and acting up. He's a very enjoyable teacher and he's always there when you need him. Overall he is a great teacher and I hope future students enjoy him. Remember to stay Sigma Mr. Stish!!

I am nominating Natally for math scholar not only for how well she is doing in class but also because she actively participates in class discussions. She's polite, comes prepared for class, and will no doubt continue to see success through her high school career. Keep up the good work, Natally!


Lexi Champa - Nominated by Mrs. Yuretich

I am pleased to nominate Lexi as Student of the Week for several reasons. She has shown impressive growth in her math grades this year compared to last year, demonstrating her dedication and perseverance. Lexi works hard during class, uses her work time effectively, and asks thoughtful questions when clarification is needed. Although she has a quiet presence during class discussions, she contributes meaningfully with insightful ideas and thought-provoking questions. Lexi’s strong work ethic and positive attitude make her deserving of this recognition.
