Students and Staff of the Week at Chisholm High School Mrs. Sam Barabe – Nominated by Ethan Moody I nominated Sam because she really deserves it. She always helps people when they ask for it, and she is sweet kind and caring. Sam's an amazing para, and is a good person to talk to. Mrs. Wopata (not pictured) – Nominated by Saphera Zidich Mrs. Wopata is very kind and explains the lessons we go through very clearly and helps us out when we need the help. She lets us talk about school and non-school related things and makes sure to quiz us on what we know. Mrs. Wopata is a role model to me and many others and is a very calm and sweet person. I think she should be nominated because she has patience with us and takes time with us and challenges our minds, while doing fun labs and activities. Addison Borowicz – Nominated by Mr. Backstrom Addison is kind and She doesn't make me cry Hailey Johnson – Nominated by Mrs. Z-M Hailey is always striving to better her work even when her work is already at or above expectations. She wants to truly better herself in her studies and prepare for her future. Keep up the great work, Hailey! Amanda Erickson – Nominated by Mr. Boehm Amanda is quiet, peaceful, and well focused. Amanda is kind, she gets her work done, and she is a constant reminder of excellence in the classroom. Amanda deserves the best. She deserves teachers and classmates who actively pursues work ethic just like her. Thank you Amanda for continuing with the hard work even if it is sometimes a position without recognition. I see you.

High School Students and Staff of the Week - January 19th Mr. Greg Sjogren (Not pictured) – Nominated by Summer Burgau I would like to nominate Greg for how awesome of a person he is. He always shows respect to us kids on the bus. I can definitely say he is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. He definitely knows how to put a smile on someone's face and even make them laugh when they are having a bad day. Thank you, Greg, for your lovely kind heart! Mr. Freitas – Nominated by Cheyenne Parr Mr. Freitas is an extremely dedicated band director and I love how much he pushes us even though the songs this year are by far the most challenging songs I have ever played. I am glad that I have you as a band director. Social Studies Scholar Nate Splinter (Not pictured) – Nominated by Mrs. Fleming Nathan has been doing great work all semester in CITS World History. He is thorough in his answers. He participates in class regularly, and he has been well prepared with quality in depth material when he prepares class presentations.
