Mrs. Z-M has been one of the best teachers for me so far this year! She is always nice to talk to and helps with work. Most of her assignments are pretty easy and fun. Just a great teacher and person in general.
Cade Schow – Nominated by Mr. Milani
Cade has had a good start to the year in my class. He uses his work time to get assignments done and ask questions. He remains engaged in the lesson and participates by speaking up when appropriate. Keep up the good work Cade.
Dylan Prickett – Nominated by Mr. Johnson
Dylan has been very helpful in welding class. He helped modify a welding area to make it more efficient. He assists classmates with their welding techniques and welder set. Keep up the great work!

It's been one week since the quarter started and It's amazing how they can speak in Spanish without looking at the paper.

Chisholm Volleyball team held their end of the season Banquet last Friday, Nov. 10th. The girls had a great season and everyone enjoyed getting together one last time.
SR3-day talked about who lives in their house, how many people. They traced and parents cut out family members hands. The put the right amount of family members in a car. They drew pictures of themselves and talked about their feelings.

The Student Council had a great time learning to change the school climate at the Renaissance convention in Grand Rapids!
Spanish Immersion class enjoyed their Friday learning the body parts and some organs too, drawing and singing in Spanish.

First graders read about the different branches of the military, shared about the veterans they know, and completed projects to honor our veterans. We thought of words to describe vets, such as brave and patriotic. We made a flag, drew a soldier and flag, and colored a patriotic picture. thank you, Veterans!

Fun after school opportunity for students in grades K-3: a monthly story and craft class with Christina from Kids Plus! These will be held one Wednesday each month in the Vaughan Art Room right after school (1:45pm-2:45pm). Cost is $5 per class attended; snack is included. Students must register each month.
