Mrs. Fleming has been teaching me things since 7th grade whether I was in one of her classes or not. She really cares about her job beyond just handing out assignments and grading them. She will explain 1 thing 15 times, in 15 different ways to be sure everyone understands it because she won't move on to the next thing until her students are understanding the subject. Best of all she keeps up on her grading this way you know right away if something seems off or if you are missing something and don't find out when it's too late.
SCIENCE SCHOLARS
Vivian Polaske - Nominated by Mrs. Maki
I am nominating Vivian for science scholar because of her work ethic, her drive to understand the material, and how she tutors and assists her peers when they need help. She is a joy to have in class, is able to grasp difficult concepts, and is not afraid to ask questions. Congrats Vivian and keep working hard!

I am nominating Claire Lange for chemistry science scholar. Claire is excelling in chemistry this year! She has shown a phenomenal understanding of the materials, puts in the work when needed, and strives to fully grasp difficult concepts. Congratulations Claire!

I am nominating Rylee as she has been an exceptional student athlete. I have had her as a student freshmen year and now in Forensics as a senior and have seen her consistent effort to do well. Rylee has chosen to take Forensics as an additional science elective and has completed her assignments and labs with excellence. I commend her for her effort specifically in science but also additionally for being a respectful, kind, and hard working student.
