Registration, physicals and fees must be completed before students athletes are allowed to practice. Online registration is available. Click on the links to the left to get started. You will also be able to pay your fees online while registering.
Paper registration is still available at Chisholm High School. Registration forms may also be printed from our website. Those forms are listed here on your lower left. If you fill out the paper registration, please list all sports and activities your child will participate in.
