Welcome to Mrs. Anderson's 4th grade class!

Let's "HOP" to it and have a great year!
Welcome to the 4th grade at the Chisholm Elementary School. It's an exciting time as your child leaves behind the primary years where a strong foundation was laid, to enter a world of expanding knowledge, expectations, challenges and responsibilities.

Fourth grade is a huge transition year. The students enter a new building, have all new teachers and a progressive curriculum. We enjoy, embrace and enjoy these changes daily.

Presently, there are 3 sections of 4th grade. We have a wonderful wing on the north side of the main floor of the Elementary School.

I am excited to help the children through their transition into the upper elementary grades. It is an exciting and challenging time for the students! I am a firm believer that all children learn at a level that is unique to the individual. I will work towards meeting those individual needs to ensure the success of all students. By working together, we can overcome most obstacles to have a successful year.

Bluestreak Pride is a familiar belief that encourages a safe and productive learning environment. I look forward to a successful year with your child.

Your child will have some nightly homework. A work period is scheduled into our day, to guide students and allow for daily work to be completed. Your child should not have an excessive amount of homework.

Your children will have plenty of fun along the journey in 4th grade, too. I look forward to working with them AND you this year.

You can reach me at 254-5726, ext. 2202 from 7:30-8:00 and 3:00-3:30. During class time, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.
